Current Website
The Website stores only a language preference in the browser. The current pre-release App can store archives, dreams, reports, symbolic profiles, ritual state, and interface preferences locally; no formal server-data scope has been established.
The Website uses localStorage for `regenesis-language` and sets no first-party script cookie, advertising tracker, or analytics SDK. The current pre-release App uses local browser storage extensively; its session cookie exists only in a formal account design that is not active.
The Website has no account, purchase, contact form, or user-content upload. Its host may process ordinary network-request information for page delivery, security, and abuse prevention; exact host-log fields, region, and retention are not confirmed as formal-service facts.
Current pre-release App
The current pre-release App stores questions, dreams, and archive material in the local browser. Related questions, card context, or dream text can reach an AI service only after an active request passes server-side access checks.
The Website has no accounts. Formal session and entitlement services are not active in the current pre-release App, and code/recovery features show delivery previews only.
The current pre-release App includes export, import, and deletion tools for local browser data, but no usable formal account-deletion, server-export, backup-deletion, or identity-verification process.
AI processing
The current pre-release App's server-side AI provider is DeepSeek. A tarot request can include the question, selected cards, spread, and limited ritual context; a dream request includes dream text and language. The provider is called only when enabled, keyed, and authorized by server checks; formal account and entitlement services are not active.
Provider retention, training use, processing region, transfer arrangements, and contractual safeguards are not confirmed formal-release facts. Do not submit unnecessary identity documents, payment information, complete medical records, precise addresses, or another person's sensitive data in an AI request.
Support and email
The current public support address is [email protected]. The Website provides a mail link, not a form; the domain's public MX records point to Cloudflare Email Routing.
The Website sends no marketing email or automated notification. The current pre-release App sends a one-off support email only if Resend is configured; code and recovery delivery are previews. There is no real inbox backend, personal messaging, admin broadcast, marketing subscription, or unsubscribe system.
Ordinary email shares the sender address, message, and customary delivery information with the user's chosen mail service and domain mail routing. No fixed response time, emergency support, or crisis service is promised.
Birth data and highly private content
The current pre-release App includes local handling for optional birth date, time, place, and long-form personal profiles. These can be highly private; formal storage, region, retention, and access rules remain undecided.
Users should provide only what the selected feature needs and avoid unrelated information about other people. Field, access, transfer, region, retention, and deletion assessments are required before formal service opens.
Database, retention, export, and deletion
The current pre-release App has an optional PostgreSQL usage-record capability for local verification; it is not a selected formal database. The production provider, primary region, and backup region are all pending decision.
The Website language preference remains until browser data is cleared. Pre-release App data remains in the user's browser and can be removed with local controls; formal server, email, AI-provider, log, and backup retention remains pending infrastructure selection and legal review, with no fixed day count confirmed.
Control over local browser data is not a formal server-account deletion process. Export, deletion, identity verification, backups, and legal exceptions for accounts and server data must be implemented and explained before launch.
Purchases and physical goods
Neither the Website nor the current pre-release App has live StoreKit, subscriptions, prices, auto-renewal, paid entitlements, or a refund flow. There are no current transactions and no effective refund promise.
The physical Yuejin water-sign edition is paused pending a reliable process for handwriting visibility, quality validation, typo checks, and finished-piece review. There is no current price, 888-unit limit, order, refund policy, collector number, delivery promise, or shipping-data collection.
Incomplete legal facts
REGENESIS has a long-term goal of gradual global expansion. This is not a statement that service is currently open worldwide, promised worldwide, or compliant in any region.
Actual App Store and public-service launch regions remain undecided; the long-term global goal does not mean any region is already open.
The user confirmed a minimum age of 18. REGENESIS pre-release legal notices require users to be 18 or older; counsel must still review the threshold and enforcement approach against actual launch regions.
Cross-border processing depends on provider, database, backup, and infrastructure decisions that have not been made. No data-export path, mechanism, or exception is confirmed.
The effective date will be the date of actual public deployment. Actual public deployment has not occurred, so no effective date exists now.
