What is available now
The Website may be used to read REGENESIS public introductions, feature boundaries, safety information, and pre-release legal status. It does not create accounts, accept user content, process purchases, or provide a dependable online divination, advisory, or professional service.
Accounts and eligibility
The Website has no accounts. Formal session and entitlement services are not active in the current pre-release App, and code/recovery features show delivery previews only.
Sign in with Apple is not live; the Apple identity service is not active in the current pre-release App.
The user confirmed a minimum age of 18. REGENESIS pre-release legal notices require users to be 18 or older; counsel must still review the threshold and enforcement approach against actual launch regions.
AI and symbolic content
REGENESIS card, dream, and symbolic outputs support personal reflection and creative journaling. They may be inaccurate and do not replace medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, investment, or emergency services. Users must not treat output as certainty about the future, health, legal outcomes, or another person's intentions.
Any future AI service must depend on an active user request, clear notice, minimum necessary content, and server-side access checks. The current provider and transmitted fields are described in the AI Content Notice.
Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds
Neither the Website nor the current pre-release App has live StoreKit, subscriptions, prices, auto-renewal, paid entitlements, or a refund flow. There are no current transactions and no effective refund promise.
If paid features are introduced later, price, period, auto-renewal, trial, cancellation, entitlement, and refund terms must first match the real store configuration and applicable consumer law, then be published separately.
Physical water-sign pause
The physical Yuejin water-sign edition is paused pending a reliable process for handwriting visibility, quality validation, typo checks, and finished-piece review. There is no current price, 888-unit limit, order, refund policy, collector number, delivery promise, or shipping-data collection.
Earlier product concepts are not an offer, pre-sale, limited-edition promise, accepted order, or refund policy. The Website will not promote or sell this physical item before quality validation is complete.
User content and local data
Users retain the rights they lawfully hold in original questions, journals, and archives. Control of current local data does not mean a user has granted a formal operator a production-service licence. Any future server processing, sync, sharing, or AI use must be explained in effective terms and a privacy policy.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The REGENESIS name, visual system, software, interface, brand assets, and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Ordinary access does not grant a right to copy, resell, scrape at scale, imply authorization, or create a misleading derivative service. The formal rights holder must still be confirmed in final terms.
Service changes and responsibility boundaries
Pre-release content, feature plans, and timing can change and are not launch promises. Final disclaimers, liability limits, mandatory consumer rights, and non-excludable liability require counsel review against the operator and applicable law; this page invents no liability cap.
Governing law and disputes
Governing law, courts, arbitration, jurisdiction, and dispute periods remain pending external counsel review against the operator and actual launch regions.
Actual App Store and public-service launch regions remain undecided; the long-term global goal does not mean any region is already open.
Until actual launch regions and legal review are complete, this page names no invented jurisdiction, court, arbitration process, or dispute deadline.
